We’ve been using this 300W electrosurgical unit for minor outpatient procedures, and it's been performing very reliably. Power delivery is smooth and consistent across both cut and coag modes. It’s compact enough for our limited space, and setup took less than 15 minutes. Great purchase, definitely meets U.S. standards for functionality and safety.
